Since 1986 Ludwig Associates, Inc. has provided Rochester Area homeowners with a full range of services to better understand, purchase, and repair older homes and creatively build new ones.

Owner Jerry Ludwig has an extensive construction background including work-experience as a carpenter, site superintendent, and building inspector. He has owned and managed his own construction company and has been a licenced general cotractor. Ludwig is a writer, instructor, and monthly radio guest on WXXI's 1370 Connection. His weekly "Home Front" column in the Democrat & Chronicle has answered Rochester area homeowner's questions for over a decade.

Ludwig holds graduate degrees from the University of Virginia, the State University of New York, and has a B. A. from Muskingum College.

He is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, The Landmark Society of Western New York, The Naples Historical Society, Historic Pittsford, and Historic Brighton.
